At Fursonafy, we put time, care, and creativity into every commission. Because each fursuit is handmade and tailored to you, our refund and returns policy is a little different from standard online shops. Please read carefully before ordering.

Custom Fursuit Commissions

  • 50% Deposit to Begin Work: Before we can begin crafting your suit, a 50% deposit of the total cost must be paid.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Once this 50% has been paid, it is strictly non-refundable, as it covers the cost of materials and initial work.
  • Final Balance: The remaining 50% must be paid in full before your suit is shipped. If payment is not completed, the suit will not be released, and the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Cancellations:
    • If you cancel after the 50% deposit, no refunds will be issued. If significant work has already begun, we may request further compensation to cover time spent.

Pre-Made Items & Accessories

  • Returns: Pre-made items (paws, tails, ears, etc.) may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain wearable parts (e.g., heads, bodysuits, balaclavas) cannot be returned once tried on.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost (shipping is non-refundable).

Exchanges: If stock allows, we can exchange pre-made items returned in new condition

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Depending on the issue, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend tracked shipping for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
